This past weekend was one to remember. My family and I celebrated Christmas a little early so that we could be with our close family all at once. Since we all live in different cities now, it has become very hard to get everyone together. Luckily, everyone was able to make it on Saturday and it was nice to get some much needed relaxation at the same time.

I have to tell you, my mom is a pro when it comes to decorating for Christmas. Ever since I was a little kid, I can remember my parents house always being perfectly decorated with the most beautiful Christmas decorations. This year, she definitely did not disappoint. It’s hard to pick favorites, but the mantle and the dinner table were probably my favs. She found this plaid fabric from JoAnn’s fabrics and made her own table runner. She added these gorgeous glass goblets I got her from Potterybarn a few years ago. She found these great candle lanterns from Kirkland’s a while ago and they completed the look perfectly.

This by far is one of my favorite Christmas tablescape’s that my mom has ever done! It was such a great day and had so much fun just hanging out and watching movies with my family. I feel very blessed. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and get to spend it with those you love. Don’t forget to be grateful for real reason why we celebrate Christmas!

God bless!
