It is officially Spring! Bring on all my favorite bright colors. Granted most of the Winter felt like Spring in California, I am happy that I can officially wear bright colors without anyone looking at me weird. I finally decided that it was time to go shopping for some new pants. Seeing as how all my other pairs now hang off of me. So I went to Old Navy to check out their ankle pants. I have never been able to wear Old Navy’s pants because they never fit me right before I started bootcamp. Well much to my surprise, they fit and I went down 2 whole sizes from where I was before.

Thrilled doesn’t even describe my excitement right now. I found these black and white pants immediate and knew I could pair them with a million things. I borrowed this yellow jacket from my mom and paired it with some new wedges from Target. I always borrow this jacket from my mom. It is one of my favorites and every time I go to my parents house, I feel like I wear it with something. Another awesome part about this outfit is the shoes. Dolce Vita is one of my favorite shoe brands and I am so excited that they partnered with Target for a line of shoes. They are comfortable and adorable. They go with everything. Jeans, work pants, dresses and skirts. Literally, everything! Want to see how I styled some other colored pants? Head here to see some.

Hope you all have a wonderful Tuesday! God bless!

Spring is right around the corner and I can’t tell you how excited I am to wear this floral dress. I found it at TJMaxx a few months ago and didn’t get a chance to wear it. It was very tight when I bought it, but I hoped and prayed it would fit by the time Spring rolled around. Well, look at that. It does! I can’t get over how cute this style is and it even has pockets. What more could you ask for? I found these navy blue wedges at Target the other day and knew they would look great with this dress. I had been searching all last year for navy blue wedges and finally found them this season!

So as you all know, my mom is my main photographer for my blog. Every now and then my sister and dad will shoot a few photos, but normally it’s my mom. Well for this shoot it was kind of funny the way it worked out. We had originally started shooting photos with another background but my mom and I are pretty picky and weren’t feeling it, so we headed back to the car. At the same moment we both realized how cool it would be with cars in the background so she started snapping. Every now and then you just have to do something different and for today’s post it was adding tons of cars into it. I love the way it turned out and am happy we were both on the same page.

Hope you all have a great day! God bless!

As you all know, I am the queen of dresses. I have accumulated quite the amount over the years, and love all of them. Dresses have a way of making me feel so feminine and classy. There is just something about them. Well, it occurred to me that I own tons of spring and summer dresses. I actually own very few dresses that would be appropriate for winter. Sure I own some that I can wear all year long, but lets be honest, darker dresses are more appropriate for winter. I can’t believe I just said that. You know how much I love my bright colors.

I am always so excited to get to work with brands that I love and this post is featuring another one of those brands. Remember that awesome poncho I wore a few weeks ago from NYCollection? You can find that post here. Well, this dress is from the same company! Can you believe how pretty it is? The pattern, the colors, everything. It makes it all that more classy. I couldn’t forget my favorite booties and my bag that holds it all from Tory Burch. Top it off with a brown scarf from Helen & Louise and you’re set.

Hope you all have a happy Monday! God bless!
